Nine Acres Cotton Batting - Summer Loft

Nine Acres Cotton Quilt Batting is made from 100% U.S. long-staple cotton, carefully needled into a smooth, even, consistent batting.

Free from scrim, resins, and binders, it remains soft and breathable while allowing needles to glide easily. Quilting can be stitched up to 8 inches apart without compromising stability, yet remains soft even with detailed or dense stitching. Shrinkage is minimal, approximately 3% with cool wash and dry.

Summer Weight - 3.5 oz per square yard.
Lightweight, breathable, and beautifully soft with a lovely drape. Ideal for summer quilts, crafts, and hand quilting where softness and breathability matter most.
