Shipping::

All orders are shipped using USPS shipping rates. Costs are calculated in your shopping cart, and orders over $75 ship free. We will make the best effort to process & ship out within 48 hours of placing your order, not including weekends and holidays.

If you would like to do a curbside pick up, please select that option during check out. We will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.

Please list color number for gutermann thread, we can also match threads for your project - just make a note in the "special instructions to seller" section during check out.  

Returns :: 30 days with a receipt. Items must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging and yarn must be unwound for a refund.

Fabric returns are for store credit only, and must be unwashed and uncut. Sales are final on remnants and sale items.
