MISSES KNIT DRESSES: Loose-fitting raised waist knit dress with three lengths and sleeve variations: View A is sleeveless and knee length skirt. View B has 3/4-length Bishop sleeves and above knee skirt. View C has full- length sleeves with balloon lower sleeve and tunic length skirt. PFI collaborates with Portland area designers by turning some of their popular designs into patterns our students & followers can sew.
